• Design assessment

Before one of ASF designers decides to take on a design project we meet with the client and create a design assessment profile. This enables us to establish your project goals and priorities.

During this initial consultation we develop a wish list of absolutely EVERYTHING the client would like done.

• Realistic budget

We realistically develop a project budget. Our projects range from $ 1,000.00 to $200,000.00.

At this consultation we give you a ball park estimate of what everything is going to cost you on this wish list. At this time you can begin to set your personal priorities.

• Project manager

We are a very hands on project management team and are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We coordinate on necessary work/project time lines and thoroughly review all work until inspection is passed.

• Project drawings

Most drawings are done in house unless a structural engineer is necessary, which again we will work with this person.


We respect that all of our clients are unique individuals with their own preferences and style. Your project is about you, your family and your lifestyle and not about anyone else. Your project has to reflect that.
